Refund policy

At Optii, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. While we don’t accept returns for change of mind, we are committed to helping you if something goes wrong with your order.

1. Returns

  • We do not accept returns for items that are undamaged or unwanted.
  • All sales are considered final unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may provide:

  • A replacement of the same item
  • Guidance to resolve the issue remotely

3. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If a defective product is eligible, we will provide a replacement or instructions for repair.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued at Optii’s discretion for items that are defective or damaged in transit.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
